Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. Claims deemed to be our error will be corrected at no cost to you.
If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately with a description and photos of the problem.
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Our return address will be sent to you after initiating a return process and your return is approved. When a returned shipment is received, you will receive an automatic notification.
If an incorrect or insufficient shipping address is provided, the shipment may be returned to our facility.
You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once the updated address is confirmed.
Shipments not claimed by the recipient may be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed products (such as face masks or similar items) cannot be returned once opened.
Items returned that fall into this category cannot be reshipped or refunded and will be disposed of.
Customers should contact us before returning any products.
Brazil Customers:
Customers in Brazil may request a return within 7 consecutive days of receiving the product by providing a photo of the item. The product must be unused and undamaged. If inspection shows use or damage, a refund cannot be issued.
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
For these reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns in applicable cases.
